Today, FTMWeekly is pleased to be joined once again by land investing expert, Mark Podolsky, to discuss his unique and powerful strategy for creating passive income by investing in raw land. In 2001, Mark began buying and selling raw, undeveloped land to make extra income for his family and within 18 months he was able to quit his full-time corporate job because he was able to replace his monthly paycheck with passive income from land investing. Today, he will share more of the benefits of this unique form of real estate investing, which doesn’t involve many of the headaches associated with traditional real estate investing.
