Gold rose around 65% in 2025, nearly 26% in 2024, and 13% in 2023 after a mostly flat return in 2022. It was down 3.5% in 2021.

by Jerry RobinsonSilver broke out above its 50 SMA last week but still trades below its 200 SMA. Silver enjoyed an incredibly strong 2025, rising around 145%. Last year’s historic rally comes after silver delivered more than a 20% gain in 2024. This is all a big improvement over 2023’s small loss and 2022’s 2% gain. Silver lost 11.6% in 2021.
