U.S. Senator Claims Feds Had Advance Knowledge of Boston Bombing

(FTMDaily.com) According to a new report from Atlanta-based WSBTV, U.S. Senator Saxby Chambliss (R-GA) has stated that law enforcement officials may have had advance knowledge of the Boston bombings.
According to Sen. Chambliss:
“There now appears that there may have been some evidence that was obtained by one of the law enforcement agencies that did not get shared in a way that it could have been. If that turns out to be the case, then we have to determine whether or not that would have made a difference.”
Chambliss continued:
“Information sharing between agencies is critical. And we created the Department of Homeland Security to supervise that. We created the National Counter Terrorism Center to be the collection point for all of this information, and we’re going to get to the bottom of whether or not somebody along the way dropped the ball on some information and did not share it in a way that it should have been shared.”
Yesterday, federal law enforcement officials briefed a Senate Intelligence Committee panel and presented evidence demonstrating that Tamerlan Tsarnaev was “the dominant force” behind the Boston attacks. Additionally, federal law enforcement officials claimed that the Tsarnaev brothers were not influenced by overseas militant groups, but instead by the internet.
This claim is very convenient considering that Washington is currently attempting to ram through a new draconian cybersecurity bill, known as CISPA (The Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act). The bill, which amends the National Security Act of 1947, has been referred to as the Patriot Act of the Internet and will provide the government and corporations with vast new powers over the world wide web.
Additionally, it is no surprise that the Feds had advance knowledge of the attacks, considering the abundance of bomb-sniffing dogs and bomb spotters on the roofs near the start line and the finish line.
According to one eyewitness, University of Mobile’s Cross Country Coach, Alastair Stevenson, a training exercise by law enforcement officials was being conducted before, and during, the race.
“They kept making announcements to the participants do not worry, it’s just a training exercise,” Coach Alastair Stevenson told a local Boston TV network. “Evidently, I don’t believe they were just having a training exercise,” Stevenson said. “I think they must have had some sort of threat or suspicion called in.”
So it appears that the Boston bombing occurred during a bomb drill training exercise.
Is it a coincidence that mock terror drills were also occurring during the airplane hijacking of 9/11 and the London bombing on 7/7/2005?
