The folks over at Zillow.com have put together a quick chart detailing the top 10 buyers markets and sellers markets in U.S. housing.
After a recent trip out to Austin looking at real estate, I can testify to the over-inflated prices in that city. Other cities on the top sellers’ markets were not a surprise. However, there were a few surprises on the top buyers’ markets for me including NYC and Philadelphia. As a current resident of Houston, TX, I have seen the great prices down here with my own eyes.
