We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on our Silver, Gold, and Platinum memberships and on physical products sold in our online store. No questions asked!
Please note that we do not provide refunds on digital products sold in our online store.
We have two ways to request a refund: send us an email or leave us a voicemail.
Membership Refunds
If you have been a paying member 30 days or less, FollowtheMoney.com will issue you a full refund for your membership (monthly or annual). No questions asked! (Limited to one refund per member).
If you have been a member (monthly or annual) for more than 30 days, FollowtheMoney.com will issue you a pro-rated refund for the unused days of your membership. (Limited to one refund per member).
Please note that membership refunds, whether full or pro-rated, are limited to only one (1) refund per member. This refund limit applies to the individual member, not member account. Therefore, if an individual member who has already reached the refund limit uses a different email address to open a new member account, we are unable to issue a refund on the second member account.

What About Product Refunds?
Aside from memberships, we also sell two types of products in our online store: Digital products and Physical products.
While we do provide full refunds for physical products (if returned to us in “like new” condition), we do not provide refunds on our digital products.
If you purchase a physical product from our online store and unsatisfied, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund. When returning your physical product, please call or email us to notify us of your refund request. Upon your request, FollowtheMoney.com will 1) refund the total purchase price (less shipping and handling costs) via the payment method initially made or 2) replace or exchange the physical product without charge.
Live Event Refunds (In-Person and Online)
We offer a full refund if the request is made by phone or by email at least 14 days prior to the event. No refunds will be issued after the cutoff of 14 days prior to the event. However, we do offer one free repeat policy to all attendees, which means that you are able to attend a future Trend Trading Bootcamp at no cost within 24 months of your paid event.
